At International Cosmetic our mission is to make you feel good. That's why, if you have any problems with your order, you can return the products you want within 14 calendar days of delivery.
If the reason for return is that you have changed your mind about your order, it's OK! To return the products you want you only have to keep them in the same condition in which you received them; unopened and with the original packaging and box. In the case of a kit, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the complete pack. If you have obtained a gift product for the purchase, you must return it so that it is not discounted from the final amount. And you will have to pay the shipping costs that may arise from the return. Once we receive the products back, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to let you know that we manage the refund. In this case International Cosmetic will refund the amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order. Delivery times
We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with deliveries of 24h (Correos Express) and 48/72h (GLS) workable in Peninsula. However, we exclude periods of Covid-19, launches, promotions or Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.
In order to know when your order will be shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order and you will also receive an SMS from Correos Express logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a working day before 12:00 pm, you may receive it the next working day, otherwise, the delivery time will be increased by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled the next working day.
Orders placed Monday through Friday, before 12:00 pm are processed on the same day and delivery times depend on the country of destination. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, but on the next business day.
How does the shipment work and what to do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a note in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the doorway or the residential premises. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that delivers your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency.
