Ingredients: β-(1,3)-(1,6)-D-glucan, acerola extract: Malpighia punicifolia L. (natural source of vitamin C), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Q10Vital® (modified starch, coenzyme Q10), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Immunofit Natur capsules are also suitable for vegetarians. The product is free of gluten, lactose, gelatin, artificial colors and flavors.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Instructions for use: To contribute to the functioning of the immune system, it is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before meals, for at least one month. To increase the needs, take 2 capsules a day during the first three days. You can take the capsules continuously for several months.
Conservation: store in a dry and dark place at a temperature up to 25 °C.

Is it safe to consume Imunofit products?

Can a child older than three years continue to consume Imunček syrup or is Imunofit Junior more suitable?

Both Imunček and Imunofit Junior contain beta-glucans, vitamin C, D and zinc, and there are two essential differences:

1. Imunoček is 100% natural, contains no preservatives and is sweetened with honey, while Imunofit Junior contains minimal amounts of preservatives and sugar as a sweetener.
2. Imunofit Junior contains 100 mg of beta-glucans per 5 ml, while Imunček contains 50 mg (both have the same amount of vitamin D, C and zinc).

50 mg of beta-glucans per day are sufficient to maintain immunity, so both Imunofit Junior and Imunček, which can also be consumed by adults, are suitable. At the first symptoms of a cold or virus, a double dose is recommended, which means that in this case it would be better to take Imunofit Junior.

Can we get enough coenzyme Q10 through diet?

Coenzyme Q10 is a substance specific to the body and the body produces most of it itself. It can only partially enter the body through food, but the amounts contained in food are too small to compensate for the loss of endogenous coenzyme Q10 due to aging. In addition, normal coenzyme Q10 is destroyed by cooking, baking and drying food. If one wanted to completely make up for the coenzyme Q10 deficiency with food, one would have to consume at least half a kilo of sardines, one kilo of fatty meat or 20 liters of fresh whole milk per day, which is contrary to the recommendations of a healthy diet, since excessive amounts of fat would be consumed.

What is coenzyme Q10 and why is it deficient?

Coenzyme Q10 is a natural substance absolutely necessary for life. It is present in all human cells and is produced to some extent by the body in healthy people, but the amount of endogenous coenzyme Q10 begins to decline sharply after the age of 25. In part, the deficiency can be made up by food (it is present, for example, in whole milk products, oily sea fish, nuts and red meat), but the amounts contained in food are too small to compensate for the loss of endogenous coenzyme Q10 due to aging. In addition, normal coenzyme Q10 is destroyed by cooking, baking and drying foods.
In addition to aging and diet, the reduction of Q10 concentration in the body is also influenced by excessive consumption of alcohol and tobacco and certain drugs (e.g. cholesterol-lowering drugs (statins), which prevent the formation of Q10 in the body), so experts around the world recommend taking coenzyme Q10 with nutritional supplements.

What are beta-glucans?

Beta-glucans represent a large group of natural polysaccharides with different effects on the human organism. The influence of beta-glucans on the immune system depends directly on the origin, structure, purity and ability to create a perfect binding with the receptors of the immune system cells.
Beta-glucans are produced in various plants, such as oats, seaweed or barley, or are components of the cell walls of some bacteria, fungi or yeasts. Beta-glucans from cereals have a cholesterol-lowering effect, and Immunofit line products contain yeast beta-glucans, which have demonstrated enhanced biological activity and binding to immune cell receptors. White blood cells, called macrophages, have receptors that recognize beta-glucans as foreign and thus trigger an immune response. Yeast beta-glucans belong to the insoluble fibers, are not absorbed into the blood and are excreted from the body and do not cause undesirable effects.
