Apply PhD Night Cap to dry or damp hair before going to bed. Start with 2 or 3 pumps, massage the product into the palm of your hand and then distribute from roots to ends, focusing on the ends. Use more product if needed, comb through hair and leave overnight. In the morning comb through hair or wash it if it's your turn.

It literally makes the hair look smooth and frizz-free, even on my curly hair and gives my hair a spectacular shine.

I have fine, colored and frizzy hair. Although the product doesn't work miracles (nothing does on my hair), I do notice that it leaves it softer and less frizzy, and the effect lasts for several days. The product is not heavy at all and does not make the hair greasy.
