INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Use it as a Toners, either on a cotton pad or pour a few drops on your fingertips and gently pat it into the skin, like men do after shaving. Wait for it to absorb (you can brush your teeth in the meantime), follow with your favorite serum and moisturizers.
IMPORTANT: The product contains BHA (salicylic acid), do not use if you are allergic to aspirin.
GOOD TO KNOW: This scrub contains only hydroxy acids that do NOT make the skin more sensitive to the sun, making it a gentle exfoliant, ideal for summer.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
A gentle and soothing exfoliating liquid designed for very sensitive and redness-prone skin. PHA acids are the gentle sisters of the better known AHAs that similarly remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, but without the potential irritation that comes with high amounts of AHAs. PHA's are also excellent for moisturizing the skin and providing it with additional antioxidant protection. BHA or salicylic acid is also a gentle exfoliant known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
We combine PHA and BHA acids with several soothing, antioxidant and moisturizing ingredients so that Calm Down not only gently exfoliates but also soothes and hydrates the skin. If you have sensitive skin or are looking for a truly gentle exfoliator, you've found it.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT FOR?
Anyone who wants a gentle exfoliant. Especially recommended for sensitive skin, during the summer, or if you are already using other potent actives in your routines such as a strong retinoid product.
It is also a great option if you are just starting to use acids Exfoliants and want to take it easy and start with a gentle option. In this case, you can combine it with Smooth Out. Experiment with alternating them until you find the ideal strength and frequency of exfoliation for your skin (for example, using Smooth Out twice a week and Calm Down the rest of the time seems like a good routine to start with).
