FAQs
FAQs
What is urea and why is it good for my skin?
Urea is a commonly known and well-tested ingredient for its effectiveness, it is a moisturizing component (NMF) found naturally in our skin, which helps to retain water and makes the skin more plump and plump. But not only does it have this function, it also ensures that the protective layer functions in a healthy way and if it is damaged, it will recover as quickly as possible.
Is it recommended for dry skin only, and can it be good for normal or combination skin?
It's really a matter of individual preference, but in our opinion, it's probably too rich for normal to combination skin. If you apply it on the body, it will simply result in fantastic, fluffy, silky skin almost instantly, so if you like the product as a body lotion, you can try it on your face as well.
My skin is sensitive and/or with rosacea, can I use it?
Yes, it's even a great option: dermatologist dry skin repair cream from Altruist not only intensely moisturizes, but also helps repair damaged skin. In your nighttime routine it will be a great final step!
I have problematic skin (often with acne and oil), can I use it?
We don't think this is the moisturizer for you. Although it does not have a full-bodied texture, it is a rich and intense moisturizer, so your skin will probably feel heavy. We recommend a lighter moisturizer such as Paula's Choice Water-Infusing Electrolyte Moisturizer or Paula's Choice RESIST Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator ,especially in combination with a hyaluronic acid serum.
