Mix with nourishing cream or oil for normal to dry skin, or use as a stand-alone product for normal to combination or oily skin. It is recommended to combine with Naro for very sensitive and dry skin.

How to use this emulsion?
Spectra is an emulsion type of serum, which means it is more emollient but not occlusive. It is texturally richer than the average aqueous serum. This is because we know that the skin must be kept well hydrated, supple and moist to prevent the entry of pathogens, but also to allow for normal secretion flow and desquamation. You can use Spectra as an emollient serum under creams and oils if you have normal dry skin type, or you may choose to use Spectra alone as a light moisturizer if you have oilier skin.
I already use Hydra B, do I need Spectra in my skin care regimen?
Spectra is suitable for everyone, although it is specially formulated for sensitive skin with inflammatory conditions, redness, etc. You don't necessarily need Spectra if you already enjoy using Hydra B, our second serum emulsion geared more towards hydration and brightening.
My skin has a lot of capillaries, will Spectra help with that?
Spectra unfortunately cannot eliminate dilated capillaries, but it can transiently relieve the associated redness and irritation. It has a mild vasoconstrictive and protective barrier effect that helps preserve the integrity of the capillary wall.
Is Spectra also good for acne-prone skin?
Absolutely yes. Acne is a highly inflammatory skin disease and reducing irritation is essential in the treatment of acne-prone skin. Spectra is one of our bestsellers for acne-prone skin and it is wonderfully effective when combined with Clarion (AHA + BHA exfoliating scrub) at night or with Superba C in the morning.

Spectra Serum is a light emollient emulsion, with a delicate texture and fast absorption. It is hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic and is indicated for all skin types, especially for the care of skin with altered hydrolipidic barrier and reduced function. Its main function is to provide daily support and mild antioxidant protection to damaged, deteriorated skin affected by irritation, redness and inflammatory processes.
At Spectra we have combined the soothing and protective properties of shea butter, panthenol, allantoin and vitamin B12 (suitable for the treatment of various dermatological irritation conditions, including those of atopic etiology) with the antioxidant effects of green tea extract, caffeine and one of the most potent polyphenol ingredients - resveratrol.
Skin with a wide range of chronic or acute functional disorders (such as acne, rosacea, dermatitis-prone skin, irritated or dry skin from acne treatments, etc.) can use Spectra continuously as part of the daily routine, as it moisturizes, soothes, calms and mitigates irritations. For very sensitive and dry skin, it is advisable to combine Spectra with Naro. In addition to its soothing action, Spectra acts as a potent serum for skin showing early structural changes caused by aging. Antioxidants such as red wine resveratrol and green tea extract belong to the group of the best known polyphenols that provide excellent results in repairing damaged skin and protecting it from environmental stressors.
The ingredients in Spectra have been carefully selected to complement the care of all skin types prone to sensitivity and the first signs of aging. Spectra has a light, neutral scent and a delicate creamy texture that spreads perfectly on the skin.
