Spray pillow and comforter with BeYou Sleep Pillow Mist. Lie down and relax in bed. Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 seconds. Then breathe out slowly through your mouth for 7 seconds. Keep breathing in this cycle until you fall asleep.

We recommend spraying both the pillow and the comforter to ensure that it is surrounded by the soothing aroma of our essential oil blend. However, we always advise spraying the comforter depending on how you sleep, i.e. the top or bottom of the comforter.
