Initial Application:

• Use sunscreen as the last step in your morning routine, or apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure. This ensures that the sunscreen's active ingredients have time to work and provide maximum protection.
• The recommended amount for the face and neck is ½ teaspoon total, dividing the application into ¼ teaspoon for the face and ¼ teaspoon for the neck. This ensures sufficient coverage to protect both key areas.

2. Quantity to Use:

• For a more practical reference, use the 3-finger rule. Apply the equivalent of 3 finger lengths of product to completely cover the face and neck. This method is useful to make sure you are applying an adequate amount.

3. Reapplication:
