OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale of cosmetic products, born between the provider and the user at the moment when the user accepts during the online contracting process the corresponding box. The contractual relationship of purchase and sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price and publicly exposed through the website, of the selected product of the user's choice. The Acceptance of the conditions of sale The Customer, via e-mail confirmation of your purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply in its relations with the online store, the general conditions and payment are those indicated, declaring to have read and accepted all the indications that were given to him in the terms of the aforementioned regulations, and also take into account that the online store itself is not bound only to the conditions previously established in writing. The Customer shall be solely liable, exonerating the Provider, for any damage resulting from improper use, storage, conservation or handling of the Products; in particular when the Customer has not observed the indications, warnings or instructions that the Provider may have provided in this regard.

Any information about the Products (including, for example, technical or other instructions and advice, advertising indications, technical specifications, their functions, their classification for the purposes of export and import controls, their uses or their conformity with legal or other requirements) is provided by the Provider "as is", without the Provider assuming any responsibility or warranty for the same. Such information does not form part of the properties of the Product. Provider makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the Product information, and ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER WITH REGARD TO ANY PRODUCT INFORMATION. ICG recommends that Customer validate any information regarding the Product prior to any use or reliance on such information. All Product information is subject to change without notice. Provider also assumes no responsibility for typographical or other errors or omissions in Product information.

Contracting Procedure: The contracting procedure may only be carried out in the Spanish language. In order to purchase the products offered on the web address www.international-cosmetic.com, you must enter your identification data: name, surname, address, email and telephone or if you are already a registered customer, you only have to enter your user name and password ("Login"), if you are not yet registered and wish to register, you can do so from "My account" or "Login" on the link www.international-cosmetic.com/mi-cuenta and thus obtain a user name and password that will be used for subsequent transactions on our website. Both the user name and the password will be chosen by the user. The user agrees to make diligent use of them, and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the provider of the loss or theft of the same or possible access by an unauthorized third party, so that it proceeds to the immediate blocking. The user will only be able to choose as user name a suitable and appropriate e-mail address, as well as its ownership, assuming the user this responsibility. The published prices are valid except in case of typographical error or lack of stock. The prices shown for the products include VAT. Shipping costs are NOT included in the product. If they exist they will be reflected in the cart as they are added and in the total sum of the price before proceeding to the payment of the order. Packaging is included in the price unless expressly indicated.

ICG may modify the selling prices of the Products at any time. The increase of the sale price will not affect those orders of Products in progress, which have been previously accepted by ICG. In the event that the Customer placed an order for Products with a wrong price, ICG will communicate the correct price and, in the case of acceptance to place the order, provided that the Customer expressly confirms it (with the correct price), the order will be shipped within 24 - 72 hours. Prices are subject to change at any time. Prices only express the value of the Products and do not include shipping, freight or customs duties, or any other charges or costs, such as those related to special packaging and labeling of the Products, permits, certificates, declarations and customs registrations (collectively, the "Additional Costs"). The Additional Costs shall be borne by the Customer.

REGISTRY

WARRANTY

ICG guarantees the quality and reliability of the products for a period indicated by the expiration date of the product, ending this at the moment in which the goods have been modified, manipulated or disassembled, since any modification is understood to have been made under the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover failures caused by wear and tear, improper use, inadequate working conditions and/or the non-observance of any other recommended installation and maintenance instructions.

Modification of the General Conditions of Sale. Taking into account the possible evolutions of the WEB, ICG reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale. The new general conditions of sale will be accessible by the customer through the web and will be applied only in sales after the modification. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. These conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly stated. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Madrid.

Warranties and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced or the contract terminated.

LIABILITY, LITIGATION AND APPLICABLE LAW

ICG could not be held responsible for the breach of the contract concluded in case of stock rupture or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the member shall contact ICG by priority to obtain an amicable solution.

The Courts of Madrid are the only competent courts. These general conditions of sale shall be interpreted in Spanish language and shall be performed in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise in connection with their validity, interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly attributed.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ICG reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without previous notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located in its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the User each time he/she makes a purchase through the website www.international-cosmetic.com.

The members of the "ICG Private Community" that do not agree with the modifications of the general conditions, must notify it and, from the date in which the new version will be in force, they must stop using the ICG services. In the case that any of the terms of the general conditions were illegal or taxable, it will be null and void and the terms agreed by the parties will be applied and in its absence the Spanish Civil Code will be applied.

RESPONSIBILITY

An order is not final until it is accepted by the online store. Any liability of ICG for damages caused by defects in the Products is excluded, except when it is expressly obliged to do so by virtue of applicable mandatory law. Thus, ICG shall not be liable for damages such as indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of production or profits. In any case, if ICG is obliged to assume any liability for damages suffered by the Client, the same shall be limited to an amount equivalent to the amount corresponding to the order of the Product causing the damage, unless an applicable mandatory law imposes ICG a higher quantitative limit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither ICG nor its employees or agents shall be liable, and Customer shall not be entitled to claim, for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any consequential damages or lost profits, which may be caused; for example, they shall not be liable for reductions in profits or revenues, loss of data, interruptions in use, rework, additional manufacturing costs, damage to goodwill, or loss of customers.

REGISTRATION, MODIFICATION, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

JUSTIFICATION

The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products through the websites owned by the entity INTERNATIONAL COSMETIC GROUP, (hereinafter called "Provider"). The acceptance of this document implies that the user:

• You have read, understand and comprehend the above.
• That he/she is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
• That he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

The present conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all the contracts made through the web domain: www.international-cosmetic.com, of the provider, with the peculiarities that are established in each of the cases, in the section of Particular Conditions.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or services that were purchased prior to the modification. Identification of the parties on the one hand, the supplier of the goods contracted by the user is INTERNATIONAL COSMETIC GROUP C/ Alcalde Jesús Prieto, 5 28907 El Bercial (Getafe) CIF: E-86810959, performs the sale and distribution of the products offered in this service. The sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the ADDRESS.

And on the other hand, the User, registered on the website through an email and password or the buyer as a guest, for which he has full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.
