Instructions for use: Agitar bien antes de usar. Cuando se utilice por primera vez, pulsar el spray 3 veces para que empiece a actuar. Dosificar el contenido directamente en la boca. Limpiar el spray después de su uso. La dosis diaria recomendada es de 4 pulverizaciones.

What are ceramides?
Las ceramidas son sustancias propias del organismo que se encuentran de forma natural en la piel (epidermis). Junto con otras sustancias, forman una barrera cutánea cuya función es proteger la piel de las influencias externas nocivas. Actúan como uniones en la piel: unen las células cutáneas y, de este modo, evitan la pérdida de agua, al tiempo que protegen de las influencias externas. Qué son las Ceramosides™ Phytoceramides?

¿Por qué se recomienda consumir ceramidas?

The product contains a unique combination of ingredients that contribute to beautiful skin. In addition to Ceramosides™ wheat ceramides, which are clinically proven to improve skin hydration and elasticity, it also contains Q10Vital® , a water-soluble form of coenzyme Q10 developed in Slovenia, which contributes to more beautiful and smoother skin. The oral spray is also enriched with vitamins E and C and biotin. Vitamins E and C are involved in protecting cells against oxidative stress, while biotin contributes to maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin C is also involved in the production of collagen.
Valens Premium Ceramides mouth spray contains natural mango flavor, which gives the product an excellent taste, and xylitol, which is also found naturally in some types of fruit. The wheat ceramides are gluten-free and also suitable for vegans.
What are ceramides?
Ceramides are small lipid molecules and the body's own substances found in the upper layer of our skin, in the epidermis, where the skin cells are surrounded. They account for up to 50% of the skin epidermis and, together with other components (cholesterol and fatty acids), form the skin barrier (epidermis or stratum corneum). Ceramides play a binding role in the skin. They hold the skin cells together and thus help to keep the skin smooth, soft and taut. Above all, they prevent water loss and protect the skin from external influences.
As the years go by, the amount of ceramides in the skin starts to decrease*, and in addition to age, the amount is additionally affected by certain external factors, e.g. dry and cold air, UV radiation, improper care, etc., which damage the epidermis. While the restoration of the latter is quite fast in young skin, it takes much longer in aging skin. Due to a lack of ceramides (or one of the components of the skin barrier), the skin loses moisture and dries out, which also causes many other problems (scaly, reddened, damaged skin). In addition, the skin barrier loses its effectiveness in protecting against external influences (environmental pollutants, infections, allergens...).
Adding ceramides with nutritional supplements stimulates the skin's own ceramide production, increases the number of ceramides in the skin, helps restore the skin barrier, slows evaporation and improves skin hydration and elasticity. Its consumption not only improves facial skin, but also the skin of the whole body.
