The foam is both water and oil based. You can cleanse twice with this cleanser if you are not wearing heavy or waterproof makeup. The first cleansing removes pollution, makeup and dirt accumulated during the day. The second cleansing treats skin problems. Take your time and be thorough. Apply a small amount of foam with wet hands to the face, neck and décolleté. Massage gently for 30-60 seconds for optimal effect, especially on affected areas. Rinse with lukewarm water. Not suitable for eye make-up removal.
