Orders

Can I cancel an order?

Once you place your order, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. For more information, please consult our Returns Policy by clicking on the button. Of course, we know that you will fall in love with our products, so think about it! well before!

I have received an incorrect or damaged product, what do I do?

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please do not hold it against us! At International Cosmetic we prepare all orders with great care so that they arrive in perfect condition, but it may have suffered some mishap during the journey. I want to buy everything I need for a facial care routine, but I don't know which products might work for me.

Shipping

How much is the shipping?

We offer free shipping in many cases! For orders over €40, shipping will be free for the peninsula. If you live outside the peninsula, you can find all the information about shipping on the following page: Shipping and returns

How long does it take for the order to arrive at my house?

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible and with 24-hour deliveries (Correos Express) or 48/72-hour (GLS) working days in the Peninsula. However, periods such as launches, promotions or Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday campaigns are excluded, when these delivery times are not guaranteed.

To find out when your order will be shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation for your order and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company Correos Express indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a business day before 12:00 pm, you may receive it on the next business day, otherwise, the delivery time will be extended by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are processed on the next business day.
