INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

In the evening, apply 4-5 drops to cleansed skin and massage over face and neck in an upward and outward motion. Follow with your preferred Alpha-H moisturizer.
For customers experienced in the use of acids, use on alternate nights with Liquid Gold.
As this product contains very active ingredients, be sure to protect the skin every morning by applying your preferred Alpha-H sunscreen.

I am new to the use of Acids and Vitamin A (Retinol) can I start using Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum?

If this is the first time you apply products containing glycolic acid and retinoid in your routine, we recommend that you do it gradually. Start by using Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum twice a week, then gradually increase the dosage until you are using it daily.

I have been using Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum every night and my skin has become red, dry and slightly flaky, is this normal?

This is not an uncommon response in the skin when using high percentages of active ingredients. If this occurs, we recommend that you reduce the use of this serum every other night.

Can I use a moisturizer over Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum?

Yes, you can apply a moisturizer over this serum. Alternatively, you can apply Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum on its own, allowing it to act uninterruptedly on the skin.

Why does Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot produce a tingling sensation?

It is normal to experience some tingling when applying this product, as it contains 14% glycolic acid suspended in a low pH formula. This tells us that the product is working!

Why does it have a peculiar odor?

Our Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot serum has a sweet and spicy aroma that comes from pyruvic acid derived from hibiscus flower extract.

Can I use it if I am pregnant?

Unfortunately, as this product contains Granactive Retinoid, it is not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.

Can I use it in the morning?

This product contains a high percentage of active ingredients, we recommend using Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum at night. In addition, we strongly recommend that you apply a cream with SPF every morning.

Can I use it with other "active" products?

You can incorporate Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum into your current beauty routine along with other active products; however, this will depend somewhat on your skin tolerance, type and concerns. If you are unsure, ask our customer service team to make sure your routine is correct.

How is it different from Liquid Gold?

Liquid Gold is an exfoliating Toners with 5% glycolic acid to be used three nights a week. Liquid Gold will help exfoliate and increase hydration levels in the skin. Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum contains a higher percentage of glycolic acid (14%), it also contains Granactive Retinoid (a mild form of retinoic acid) along with hydrating lipids including Tripeptide 5, this is a more complex serum that targets signs of aging.

How is it different from Beauty Sleep Power Peel?

Beauty Sleep Power Peel contains a different type of vitamin A (0.5% retinol) and is designed to be used once or twice a week as an overnight peel treatment.

How can I combine it with your vitamin A serum?

If you already use vitamin A/retinol, you can continue to use it every other night with Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum. Alternatively, you can apply the vitamin A serum on the neck and décolleté, as these areas can be sensitive to high percentages of glycolic acid, and use Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum on the face only.

Why is no more product coming out of the dropper?

If you have trouble getting enough product from the pipette, try the following technique: lift the dropper and squeeze, hold tight before reattaching and releasing.
