FAQS
FAQS
What is B complex?
B complex is the common name for 8 B vitamins, namely B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid. These vitamins are very important for the normal functioning of the human body, as they help it in the process of breaking down the food consumed and at the same time produce energy. The individual vitamins in this group contribute to the functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological functioning, to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, to the functioning of the immune system and to maintaining strong hair and skin. Lack of these vitamins can lead to skin problems, anemia, exhaustion and insomnia, and can also affect hair and skin.
How can I ensure a sufficient intake of vitamin B12 with a vegan diet?
Plant foods, with the exception of some mushrooms, do not naturally contain vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is artificially added to some prepared plant foods. Therefore, experts recommend vegans to take vitamin B12 in the form of nutritional supplements. An excellent option is Valens B12 oral spray, which contains methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12.
What are the benefits of taking vitamins in oral spray form?
The intake of vitamins in the form of oral sprays is recommended mainly because of their precise and simple dosage and their excellent absorption, which starts already in the oral cavity. Oral sprays are a welcome alternative for anyone who cannot or does not want to take capsules or tablets. Because of their excellent taste, they are popular with both children and adults.
Are Valens B-complex and Valens B12 oral sprays also suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers?
The products are also suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers. If a vitamin B12 deficiency is identified, we recommend that you consult a doctor, gynecologist or pharmacist before starting use.
Can I take the product in combination with other dietary supplements?
Valens B-complex and Valens B12 can be taken simultaneously with other nutritional supplements. We recommend that you check whether existing dietary supplements also contain vitamin B before you start taking them. Otherwise, B vitamins are water-soluble and are eliminated from the body when the amount is increased.
Do I need to take additional Valens B12 oral spray in addition to Valens B complex?
Valens B-complex oral spray also contains vitamin B12, so that an additional intake of this vitamin is in principle not necessary. In case of a significant B12 deficiency (e.g. with a vegan diet), we additionally recommend the use of Valens B12 oral spray.
How long can I take Valens B-complex and Valens B12 oral spray?
Both products are suitable for regular use, or as long as necessary.
Why is Valens B12 oral spray red and does the product contain dyes?
