INGREDIENTS: Phytosome® (Berbevis®) [(Berberis Aristata root extract, 31% berberine), pea protein, sunflower phospholipids, Enovita® (Grape seed extract, Vitis Vinifera, 95% proanthocyanidins, 10% monomers)], Gymnema dry extract (Gymnema Sylvestre, leaves, 75% gymnemic acids), Capsule (Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Dry extract of Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum, seeds), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide), Dry extract of Black Pepper (Piper nigrum, fruit, 95% piperine), Chromium picolinate.

Directions for use: take 2 capsules per day preferably with food.
