Mentha piperita (Menthol) Aerial Parts - 10% & Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus Oil) Leaf Oil - 5%. Other Ingredients: Adhesive (guar gum and rosin esters of tracaganth gum - from tree sap). The patch is a blend of medical grade polymers of natural origin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Dry the skin before use.
Open the foil pouch, remove one of the patches and first peel off the protective film from the center cut. This will allow you to place it easily before gluing the sides. Be careful when peeling off the protective film, as the patch may stick to itself.
Apply the adhesive side of the patch where necessary (belly, lumbar area, back), removing the rest of the protective film when it is well positioned.

Does the monthly patch heat or cool?

Neither. Most people describe it as a tingling sensation that lasts for the first 30 minutes after applying the patch. After that, the patch kicks in and helps relieve the pain. Unlike hot water bottles, the ingredients are released over 12 hours.

Are there monthly patches in other colors?

Our patches are beige because this is the color of the natural plant fibers we use to create them, without any artificial coloring or chemical dyes. We are working on making them BeYou teal (or maybe transparent), but so far we haven't found anything natural that keeps the effectiveness of our patches intact. However, as we say, we are working on it, so stay tuned!

What are the ingredients of the monthly patch?

Our monthly patches are made from natural plant fibers and contain a proprietary matrix of menthol and eucalyptus oil, wrapped in a tree sap adhesive. It is a naturally occurring medical grade polymer blend that contains no harmful substances.

Where can I use the Monthly Patches?

Front, back, legs, breasts... you can wear them wherever you need them; all day, all night... or both. or both! All you have to do is place it directly on the skin and the natural adhesive will do its job for up to 12 hours, so you can face the day (or night)!

Can I use the monthly patch while breastfeeding?

As far as breastfeeding is concerned, there is anecdotal evidence that menthol can reduce the amount of milk produced. While this may be good for engorgement, it is not the intended purpose, so we would stay away until breastfeeding is over.

How is the monthly patch removed?

Be sure to always remove the monthly patch with warm water. This will peel off the strong, sticky adhesive that lasts up to 12 hours.
It's simple: you can either remove the patches in the shower or bath, at the end of the day or just before you start your day, or take a damp cloth and pat the patches until they become damp and peel off easily. This is a requirement, not a recommendation. It is a monthly patch, not a wax strip ;)
