KEY INGREDIENTS
- Madecassoside: One of the main biologically active components of the famous medicinal plant Centella Asiatica, also known as Gotu Kola or Cica. It has well-established wound healing, skin soothing and antioxidant activities.
- Beta-Glucan: A supermolecule from oats that has intensive skin repair and wound healing properties, while also being a great skin soother and moisturizer, and even shows some anti-aging benefits. It is a large polysaccharide (sugar) molecule, somewhat similar in structure to hyaluronic acid, so it exhibits similar (or some claim even greater) skin moisturizing properties. While the larger fractions of beta-glucan remain on top of the skin to hydrate and soften it, the smaller fractions penetrate deep (even into the dermis, the middle layer of the skin) showing promising anti-aging benefits.
- Saccharide Isomerate: A carbohydrate molecule identical to the skin, to which it sticks like a magnet and keeps it hydrated longer than most other moisturizers.

The Stress Less serum has been formulated to visibly improve sensitive, damaged, irritated or dehydrated skin, thanks to the combination of Beta-Glucans and Madecassoside, two super-molecules with remarkable skin-soothing, repairing and moisturizing properties.
Beta-Glucan is the most bioactive and remarkable part of Oats, with highly effective properties to repair, soothe and heal damaged skin. While Madecassoside is one of the main active components of Centella Asiatica, a medicinal plant with hundreds of scientific studies supported and calming, healing, healing and antioxidant properties.

We use 0.2% Beta-Glucan and 0.3% Madecassoside in this formula. While these numbers may not seem high, when it comes to these two assets, they are.
Studies use the ingredient Madecassoside from 0.05% (showing that it inhibits UV-induced melanin production) or 0.1% combined with 5% vitamin C for anti-aging benefits. 0.2% Madecassoside has moisturizing properties on the skin, protecting the natural protective barrier and reducing redness and itching in atopic or psoriasis-prone skin.
Live studies (conducted on real humans) by the manufacturer of Beta-Glucan show that the molecule improves the recovery of the skin's natural protective barrier, when used at 0.05%, while its moisturizing capacity is as good as that of hyaluronic acid or even higher. Used at 0.1%, Beta-Glucan makes the skin firmer, softer and more elastic.

WHO IS IT INDICATED FOR?
Virtually anyone and any skin type can use it, but we especially recommend Stress Less if your skin is prone to dehydration, sensitivity, redness and irritation or if you are using powerful active ingredients (for example, anti-acne such as benzoyl peroxide or anti-aging such as tretinoin) known to dry out the skin or compromise the skin barrier.
