Daily Defense Face Mousse SPF50

I have atopic dermatitis and it does not irritate my skin at all. It leaves it quite moisturized, without a sticky sensation and leaves no whitish residue. It absorbs quickly. As for protection, I haven't had time to test it, but it looks good since I've been using it since I do a lot of mountain sports.

I'm sorry for confusing you with my doubts about whether the protector was as effective as the brand claims. I was to blame for the mistake and the reason it wasn't working for me, so I'm sharing here what happened to me (with a bit of a delay), in case the same thing happens to anyone else.

I had been using Evy Sunscreen for several years now, even before they launched the 50 anti-spot facial protector (before, that variety only went up to 30 and it always worked perfectly for me, despite being very fair-skinned and prone to sunspots). But it turns out that I hadn't left the city for several years, even on vacation... and in 2022 I spent the whole summer at the beach: humidity, sweaty face, frequent baths and heat.

It turns out that, according to my dermatologist, the type of sunspots I have (the result of my typical youth without using a drop of sunscreen, to see if I would get some color), are not only activated by the sun, but also by heat. I could be in the middle of winter, in front of a fireplace, and if my face gets hotter than usual, the spots will reappear.

And, on the other hand, when sweating and bathing in the sea, I did not realize that this variety must be reapplied more frequently, that it is not as resistant to humidity as the children's or the normal one. All in all: my fault.

Since then, and as I continue to spend seasons on the coast, what I do is that in winter I use this variety, the facial one... but in summer, thanks to the advice of the IC team, I have discovered that the children's version suits me better, because it is more resistant to everything: sweat, humidity, rubbing towels, water, if I get lost and do not reapply, it continues to hold up. That and a good hat, not because of the sun, but so that my face doesn't overheat like a grill and I don't get those spots.

All in all, I am once again delighted with the brand. And because I love the glow that this variety gives, in the summer I apply the children's version, let it absorb well and then give myself an extra coat of this variety to have all that beautiful luminosity that it brings.

My go-to solar for the cold months and for being outside all day all year round. I live in an area with a very humid climate and very hot in summer. In the winter I use it very happily, in the summer I do need to seal with a little powder in the center area once it has set because I shine too much. I have dry skin. It does not sting in the eyes and lasts much longer than a traditional cream.

It absorbs very quickly and stays dry, no sticky feeling. I use it for diving days and the goggles do not fog up at all. It protects very well and is very resistant. I highly recommend it. Only downside: it stings incredible in the eyes as something enters.
